Mission Report: Fulfillment starting soon!

Greetings, Martians!
We have returned with the latest news regarding fulfillment:
Fryx Games will be shipping rewards destined for the EU and UK. They have received the games, and fulfillment is expected to be completed in February.
The shipment has cleared customs in the United States and arrived at our fulfillment hub in the Dallas area. Fulfillment is expected to begin next week!
For backers in Canada, we are awaiting the arrival of campaign rewards at the fulfillment hub.
For all other regions, fulfillment is expected to begin after the Chinese New Year, likely beginning in February.
Needless to say, we are pleased to see this one small step forward in the fulfillment process, eventually bringing us to one giant leap of seeing these games on your tables!
Missing/Damaged Items
While we have great confidence in our production and fulfillment partners, we know that not everything will be perfect. So if you receive your rewards and you need assistance with replacement parts or damages, please follow these steps;
Include your Kickstarter email address & user name (this lets us know who you are)
Include your current mailing address (this lets us know where to send replacements). It helps if you include your name as part of your address and use separate lines instead of commas.
Tell us specifically what you are missing and/or damaged items. (This lets our team know what you are missing). Please check everything so we can send all replacements at one time. Please be specific - "I am missing everything" isn't specific.
If applicable, attach pictures of damaged items and/or packaging. This is required if you want a replacement box - so please don't throw away damaged shipping boxes until you have taken pictures.
We will send a response email to you within seven days of the last email you send. Sending multiple emails will delay our response to you.

In case you missed it from our last update:
Vessels Scheduled!
Based on arrival, holidays, and the fulfillment hub queue, we anticipate fulfillment to begin in February. We hope things go our way and this happens more quickly, but better safe than sorry.
It is time to lock addresses. Please do so by next Friday,December 9th!
ADDRESSES WILL LOCK NEXT FRIDAY, DEC 9th!

Status Update: Pics of the sleeved cards in the box + freight scheduled!

HOLY RED PLANET, Martians!
I am a monster who doesn't normally sleeve my games, and this took me some time, but I sleeved everything, and it all fits! Yes, EVERYTHING! I gotta say, it was very satisfying to see it all fit in here. Yes, even the Crisis pack. Check it out:

Boat Scheduled!
Everything in the world of shipping is seeing delays, so we are being very cautious with our estimates. The boat should leave port this month. Based on arrival, holidays, and the fulfillment hub queue, we anticipate fulfillment to begin in February. We hope things go our way and this happens more quickly, but better safe than sorry.
We'll be back next month with the latest status of the boat and any other news we have at that time.
Status Update: Sample has arrived & is approved! Production to complete Mid-October.

Happy Fall! (Actually, on Mars, I believe it is technically winter right now...)
We are SO excited to show you the sample today. I picked it up from Sydney yesterday so I could snap a few quick photos for the update to show it off. Before we dive into that, let me first let you know that everything is APPROVED! Production should be complete by Mid-October. With this information, we expect fulfillment to begin in January 2023, about a month later than we originally planned. More to come as we get to Mid-October and start booking freight to get the games to fulfillment centers.

Because I know you want to know how it fits in the box... here is EVERYTHING including a second set of resource trays from the base game. Yes, 4 trays.

A few notes:
I showed the empty Ares Base game Box so you can see how it compares to the full NEW box.
But what about sleeves? Yes, I need to sleeve it all to show you how it fits with the sleeves. I will do that in the next update. It takes time, and I wanted to get this update out ASAP.
We will plan to lock addresses in mid-late October; still time to update if needed.
